INFANT AND YOUNG CHILD DEVELOPMENTAL ASSESSMENTS
SERVICES OFFERED:
- Developmental assessment and consultation for parents/caregivers of young children when they are worried/concerned but unsure if concerns warrant further developmental evaluation
- Autism evaluations
- Psycho-educational evaluations, including ADHD
- Developmental and care coordination consultation for primary care providers and medical specialists
- Developmental consultation, monitoring and care coordination post-NICU discharge (premature infants, birth brain injury, etc.) for parents/caregivers
- Parent consultation regarding Individual Education Plans (IEPs), new young child diagnoses, behavioral coaching regarding everyday challenges
Support Group for Moms Starting March!
When: Starting March 6th, in-person every other Friday 12-1pm
Who: Mothers at any stage of motherhood (pregnant, post-partum or parenting any age child/teen) who are experiencing stress, worry, anxiety, depression or related challenges.
What:
- Feel better and empowered as a mother
- Confidential, supportive, judgment-free
- Connect with other mothers
- Guided discussions on emotional health
- Facilitation of grounding, coping, self-care practices
